Returns and Cancellation Information
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS

Our Online Return Policy is as follows:
Contact Period: Customers must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date to initiate a Return for Store Credit. If 3 days have gone by since the delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
Return Period: Once you have contacted us to initiate the return, you have 15 days to return the item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the return is not received within 15 days, a $10 restocking fee will be charged for every 15 days thereafter the return is received.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If it is a deadstock or new item, it must have the originals tags and packaging still intact. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

* Sale Items
* Items listed as "as-is" in description
* Items from our $10 Rack or $10 Hat Bin
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Our In-Store Return Policy is as follows:

CANCELLATIONS
I gladly accept order cancellations before an item is marked as shipped. Order cancellations will not be permitted after the order is marked as shipped and your order will be sent out as intended.
