The CobbleStore Hat Reshaper is a professional-grade baseball cap shaper insert designed for steaming hats, restoring crushed crowns, and maintaining proper hat structure. It provides a consistent, purpose-built alternative to common DIY methods like rolled towels or kitchen pots, which often lead to uneven or unnatural results.
Rolled towels can shift during steaming, creating wonky, inconsistent crown shapes and making the process cumbersome to work with. Kitchen pots, while commonly used, have slick surfaces that don’t grip the hat, often producing a boxy or square shape that doesn’t resemble a natural head form. The CobbleStore Hat Reshaper is designed specifically to avoid these issues.
Each reshaper features a rigid 3D-printed plastic interior for stable support, a faux leather exterior that grips the inside of the hat to keep it secure during steaming, and an internal foam layer that helps create a natural, realistic crown shape as the hat cools and sets.

These reshapers are produced in small batches. Each one takes time to 3D print, assemble, and finish, which limits how many we can make at once. Due to high demand, they sell fast and restocks are limited.
How to Use:
Insert the reshaper into the crown of the hat and adjust until it sits evenly. Apply steam using a garment steamer or kettle, gently shaping the crown by hand as needed. Allow the hat to cool and fully dry on the reshaper before removing for best results.
