This is a vintage Fairfield Middle School Pep Club Cardian produced by Harris-Brenaman Athletic Goods here in Richmond, Virginia. It is in well-worn condition but still has a lot of life left. There are no sizing tags but it appears to fit best as an adult medium. Measurements below:
