Vintage 1950s Kodak metal film canister set featuring classic yellow painted bodies with embossed Kodak branding and red metal screw-top lids.
These are early all-metal Kodak canisters, predating the later plastic versions, with both the body and lids constructed from painted metal. Designed for storing 35mm film rolls, these were commonly used in mid-century photography workflows for both exposed and unexposed film.
Lids are etched “Canada” with period pricing marks including “5/$0.25” and “1¢ 1941?” — likely old retail or inventory markings rather than factory dating.
Great display pieces with strong mid-century Kodak colorway, or functional storage for film shooters and darkroom setups.
