Shipping Policy

CobbleStore Vintage ships orders worldwide from our retail store in Richmond, Virginia. We work to get orders packed and on their way as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day or the next business day.

Orders placed after our store hours will generally ship the following business day. Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday, when our store is closed, will generally ship on Wednesday.

During holidays, severe weather, unusually high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control, processing may take longer.

U.S. Shipping

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

For U.S. orders under $70, available shipping services and rates are calculated at checkout based on the package, destination, and selected shipping service. Customers may choose from the available shipping options shown at checkout.

U.S. orders of $70 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders receiving free shipping, CobbleStore Vintage will select the shipping carrier and service.

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by CobbleStore Vintage.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to destinations where shipping service is available. International shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package, and selected carrier service.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in our shipping rates unless specifically indicated at checkout.

International delivery times can vary considerably due to destination-country customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for eligible addresses within our local delivery area at no additional charge and with no minimum purchase.

Local delivery orders are typically delivered the same day when possible. Availability and timing may vary depending on when the order is placed and store operations.

Free In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at CobbleStore Vintage in Richmond, Virginia.

Selecting in-store pickup reserves the purchased item. We ask that pickup orders be collected within 10 CobbleStore business days. Please note that the store is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information is automatically sent to the email address or phone number provided with your order once the shipment has been processed.

Please make sure your contact and shipping information is accurate when placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the package is in the carrier's possession and CobbleStore Vintage is not responsible for loss, theft, delays, or other delivery issues that occur while the shipment is in transit or after the carrier marks it as delivered.

If a shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will provide any information reasonably available to us and assist with a carrier inquiry or claim when appropriate. However, we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to send the order again.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
