Vintage Kodak Brownie Target Six-16 box camera produced between 1946 and 1952 by the Eastman Kodak Company. This post-war Brownie model was designed for 616 roll film and features a classic Bakelite-style body, fixed meniscus lens, rotary shutter, and dual brilliant viewfinders for portrait or landscape orientation.
This example shows heavy cosmetic wear consistent with age and long-term storage, including surface wear, corrosion around the lens bezel, oxidation to metal components, and general patina throughout. The leather handle is present with visible wear. Internal condition has not been evaluated.
The camera is untested. Shutter operation, film transport, light tightness, and overall functionality have not been verified. Due to the discontinued 616 film format and unknown mechanical condition, this piece is best suited for parts, repair, restoration, or display.
A strong decorative and collectible example of Kodak’s iconic mid-century Brownie lineup.
