Vintage 2001 Dale Earnhardt #3 “Vision of a Champion” NASCAR T-shirt featuring oversized full-color graphics celebrating The Intimidator and his legendary Goodwrench No. 3 Chevrolet.
Front graphic features the black Goodwrench Service Plus Monte Carlo beneath “Vision of a Champion,” with Earnhardt’s championship trophies reflected across a pair of sunglasses and fiery “Intimidator” lettering underneath. The reverse features a completely different “Driven to Win” design with Earnhardt, his No. 3 race car, facsimile signature, and period sponsor graphics including GM Goodwrench Service Plus, Burger King, AC Delco, Snap-on, and NASCAR.
An especially clean example that appears to be deadstock/new old stock and unworn, with no apparent signs of laundering. Black cotton remains deep and rich, graphics are exceptionally bright and crisp, and the original Chase Authentics tag is present. We cannot guarantee its previous history, but condition is consistent with an unworn/unwashed shirt.
Dated to 2001, the final season of Dale Earnhardt’s career. Earnhardt won seven NASCAR Winston Cup championships and became synonymous with Richard Childress Racing’s black No. 3 Goodwrench Chevrolet and his “The Intimidator” nickname.
