This is a pair of vintage University of Miami all over print drawstring sweatpants, they are in excellent condition. The size tags are completely faded, but they would likely fit a M/L. see measurements below:
Waist: 28-40" (drawstring)
Hips: up to 48"
Inseam: 29"
