Lucky C200 is a newly reintroduced ISO 200 color negative 35mm film from China Lucky Film, a historic manufacturer returning to the consumer color film market after years of absence. This is a true C-41 film stock, daylight balanced, DX coded, and designed for everyday shooting.
Expect a warm, slightly punchy color palette with strong reds and blues, moderate contrast, and a classic consumer film look. Grain is comparable to other ISO 200 films, with solid sharpness and good performance in bright daylight. It fits right in alongside stocks like Kodak Gold 200 and Kodacolor 200, while offering a unique rendering that stands apart.
This film has started making its way into the U.S., but remains difficult to find and is only carried by a small number of independent shops. We’re excited to offer it as part of our film lineup for those looking to try something new without ordering overseas.
