IMPORTANT BATTERY NOTE: The original built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery no longer holds a charge at all. The camera works normally while connected to the included AC power adapter, but currently must remain plugged into external power for operation. Battery replacement/repair would be required for portable use, however this camera utilizes a non-removable internal battery.Â
The camera technically has approximately 12MB of internal memory, which is extremely limited—Sony rated that at only about 20 seconds of 720/30p video or three 5MP still photos. A Memory Stick PRO Duo / PRO-HG Duo is strongly recommended and is not included. Sony documented compatibility with PRO Duo media up to 16GB. manualzz.com
