The interior label reads “Jacket Combat Tropical Jungle D.P.M.” with NATO stock number 8415-99-978-9112 and manufacturer Cookson & Clegg Ltd (Blackburn), a historic British garment manufacturer that produced uniforms for the UK Ministry of Defence. Based on the label format, NSN, and construction, this example dates to the mid-1990s.
