This is a vintage Virginia Commonwealth University Hat, it is in excellent condition with a snapback closure. This hat was converted to be a snapback hat and was formerly a size 7 fitted cap. It ranges in US hat sizes from 6 1/2 - 7 1/8 (this is a small adult sized head)
